Volunteer Registration for the 2021 Honda Classic is closed!
Dear Friends and Volunteers:
We are pleased to present volunteer registration for the 2021 Honda Classic, to be held March 15th through March 21st at PGA National Resort and Spa.
The popularity of The Honda Classic continues to grow. We have increased our volunteer corps to over 1,600 members, and therefore, must adhere strictly to our application deadline. Applications received after February 15, 2021 will be placed on a wait list and applicants will be notified only if a position becomes available. Please review the volunteer packages below, along with the committee descriptions prior to completing your application.
We encourage you to complete your application online when it is posted, but a printed version will also be made available to submit via mail. Again, applications are due no later than February 15, 2021. Checks should be made payable to “Children’s Healthcare Charity, Inc.” Applications will not be processed without payment.

How to Register
Volunteer registration for the 2021 Honda Classic is now closed. We appreciate your interest in serving as a volunteer for the 2021 Honda Classic. We are committed to executing a safe and enjoyable tournament for all. The committee descriptions represent our anticipated needs for this year’s tournament; however, the landscape continues to evolve. We ask for your flexibility and understanding if details surrounding our volunteer committee needs change, due to the evolving landscape of our tournament. Thank you for your loyal patronage to The Honda Classic.
Tournament Volunteer
The volunteer package for 2021 will be $75.00. This package will consist of:
Tournament shirt, hat and name badge with logoed lanyard (which provides tournament entry for the days you work). Additional shirts will be available for purchase during tournament week at a discount price. Lunch will be provided each day you work (continental breakfast available while supplies last); Two golf coupons for play at any of the courses at PGA National. The coupons allow you to play for the discounted price of $30 plus tax. Coupons can be used May 1 thru Sept. 30, 2021. You must work three shifts and/or 18+ hours to receive the golf coupons which will be mailed following the tournament.
Junior / Student Volunteer
Earn community service hours while volunteering at the Honda Classic! To qualify as a junior/student volunteer, you must be between the ages of 13-21. Positions available for students are Admissions, Volunteer Value Shop, Uniform Distribution, Standard Bearer, Volunteer Headquarters, Will Call and Childcare (Childcare volunteers must be age 17 or older).
The junior/student volunteer package for 2021 will again be $20.00. This package includes:
Honda Classic hat, t-shirt and name badge with logoed lanyard (allows tournament entry for the days you work); Lunch provided each day you work (continental breakfast available while supplies last).
The “walk with a parent/guardian” package for 2021 will be $35.00. This is for volunteers under 13 years of age (ages 7-12) and includes:
All junior volunteer package items and an additional Honda Classic t-shirt and name badge for the parent.
*NOTE – Only one child per parent/guardian.
We ask that all junior/student volunteers commit to work at least two shifts (shift times vary depending upon committee, but are generally 6-8 hours).
Interested in Volunteering?
Over 1,600 volunteers are needed to create a successful event and we are hopeful you will join us.
There are many different volunteer positions available, for people of all ages. The committee descriptions will help you to determine the area in which you would like to volunteer. Please note that some committees may require work prior to and after tournament week. While committee assignments cannot be guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate your selection.
