You must complete all questions and provide all requested information for your entry to be eligible. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. All entries become the property of Net Tour Strategies and will not be returned.

This Sweepstakes is open to anyone 18 years or older, who is a legal resident of the United States of America but is void in every national, local or other jurisdiction in which it is prohibited, regulated, or restricted by any law, statute, regulation, or other appropriate authority. Employees (including their immediate families and those living in their household) of Net Tour Strategies or of advertising or promotional agencies, are ineligible to participate. Net Tour Strategies, its agents, affiliates and sponsors do not warrant that this Sweepstakes may be entered legally in any particular jurisdiction.

By entering this Sweepstakes, each participant who submits an entry warrants that he or she has read and agrees to abide by all Sweepstakes rules and that he or she is not prohibited from participating in this Sweepstakes by any applicable law, statute, regulation or other appropriate authority. Each participant further agrees to release Net Tour Strategies, its agents, its affiliates, and its sponsors from any and all liability arising from or related to such participants ineligibility or submission of an entry to the Sweepstakes where prohibited by law.

Each Sweepstakes contest closes at 11:59 P.M., U.S. Eastern Daylight Time Zone on the Sunday prior to the noted date on the Prize Board. Entries received after that time are not valid for that prize drawing. Net Tour Strategies will attempt to assure that all completed entry forms which are timely received are entered in the drawing, however the sponsors will not be responsible for any entry forms which cannot be processed for technical reasons beyond our control. Net Tour Strategies and its sponsors are not responsible for any entries which are late, lost, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, or misdirected including, but not limited to, entries lost due to problem connections, miscommunications, computer crashes, misdirected emails, failed computer transmissions or technical failures. On or about ten (10) days following the close of each contest, a winner will be randomly selected by Net Tour Strategies from among all eligible entries received. Decisions as to selection and eligibility shall be made by Net Tour Strategies whose decision shall be final and binding on all participants. In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these Official Rules, participants agree that such dispute shall be resolved in the courts of, and by applying the laws of the State of Kansas.

The winner will be notified by email on or about fifteen (15) days following the close of the contest. Winner's names will be announced on the The Honda Classic Web site. For the names of winners, access https://thehondaclassic.xyz. Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days of the original notification. Prizes left unclaimed will be awarded to another contestant selected according to the Official Rules. All prizes will be awarded. Please allow thirty (30) days for delivery of prize. Net Tour Strategies shall pay shipping fees. Participants will not be able to obtain a substitution or cash equivalent for the prizes awarded but Net Tour Strategies or participating sponsors may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Net Tour Strategies, its agents and its affiliates reserves the exclusive right which it can exercise at any time to change, amend, add to, delete from or otherwise alter the Official Rules or to terminate this Sweepstakes at any time.

The winner of a particular prize is solely responsible for any and all income, sales, excise, use, and customs taxes, duties, registration fees, or other such expenses. Net Tour Strategies, its agents, its affiliates, and its sponsors shall not be responsible for any such taxes or expenses. By entering the Sweepstakes, registrants consent to the use of their name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
