About the Arc of Palm Beach County

The Arc of Palm Beach County is committed to the vital needs of infants, children, adults and families living with developmental disabilities. Our specialized programs teach the skills needed to foster increased independence.

Our successes come every day in ways large and small. It may be the joyful noise rising from our Potentials Charter School of a five-year-old learning to use adaptive equipment that enables his first steps. Success may also take the form of a teenager grinning ear-to-ear as she fits in with peers at camp or an adult’s sense of accomplishment after learning skills that lead to employment.

The Arc, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, has empowered people with developmental disabilities to live their best and most productive lives since 1958 through services, education and advocacy. We invite you to be a part of our vision of a community for all.
