PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL - The RBC Bank Wine Garden was such a successful addition to The Honda Classic in 2010 that it will return to the 17th hole in 2011 as a public hospitality option for spectators attending The Honda Classic.
The tournament will again partner with RBC Bank to present the 2,000 square-foot hospitality area which will provide all spectators with sampling opportunities from a variety of winemakers along with covered seating with unobstructed sightlines to the most energetic location on the tournament grounds.
Wines from various parts of the world will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle in addition to wine labels owned or licensed by Honda Classic past champions Jack Nicklaus, Ernie Els and Luke Donald. The covered casual seating area is open to the public as they sample the wines.
The selected wines for 2011 are Jack Nicklaus Blend, Luke Donald Chardonnay, Englebrecht Els, Chalone Vineyard Monterey Chardonnay, Rosenblum Paso Robles, Chalone Vineyard Monterey Merlot, Chalone Vineyard Monterey Cabernet Sauvignon, New Harbour Sauvignon Blanc, Sterling Meritage, Jade Mountain White Blend, Chalone Estates Chardonnay, Chalone Monterey Pinot Noir, Novarro Correas Malbec, and Crème dy Lys Chardonnay. The RBC Bank Wine Garden will also feature Mimosa with OJ and Bellini Peach drinks with Stella di Notte Pinot Grigio.

It's a venue for people who want a little different environment while watching the golf tournament. We continue to feel that it dove tails well with the Palm Beach County community."
There also will be educational seminars by Robert Cook, the master winemaker from Shalone Vinyard in Monterey County, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from Noon until 2.
