Honda Classic Auction Item Request

Children's Healthcare Charity is the host organization of The Honda Classic established to contribute net proceeds from tournament and special event programs to South Florida 501(c)(3) organizations. CHC supports initiatives that advance and enhance the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of childhood diseases and disorders, as well as other not-for-profit programs and projects aimed at pediatric health care and health-related services.

The Honda Classic Cares, through our host organization, Children’s Healthcare Charity, Inc. is making donations available to non-profit organizations in Palm Beach County and throughout South Florida to enhance the health and welfare of our children and the future of our community. The Honda Classic Cares true mission is giving back to the children of the community. While the tournament strives to provide Palm Beach County with a premier professional sporting event, the goal is to positively impact youth in need and create a brighter future for our community.

Guidelines & Restrictions

Please carefully review the donation guidelines below. If your organization’s event meets these guidelines, please submit your request below using the link below. All donations must be submitted through the online form provided. Phone, fax and email requests will NOT be accepted. PLEASE NOTE: Submitting a request does not guarantee you will receive a donation.

The Honda Classic will review all requests and notify recipients with the approved package (if applicable)

GUIDELINES FOR DONATION CONSIDERATION:

• Recipient must be a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization as defined by the Internal Revenue Service.
• Recipient organizations should be in existence for at least 3 years. No donations will be given to individuals.
• Recipient organizations are required to be operating or based in the geographical areas defined in the mission statement.
• Requests related to the health and welfare of children are preferred.
• All donation requests must be submitted through the online form. Phone, Fax and email requests will not be accepted.
• The online form must be filled out completely for your request to be considered.
• Due to the timing of our event, donation requests must be submitted by February 1st for the current year’s event tickets.

Please Note: You will receive and email confirmation once your request has be submitted successfully. The Honda Classic reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to change the application criteria at any time.
