Corporate Cup kicks off Honda Classic

Monday, February 26, 2001-- 34, four man teams teed off at the annual Ferguson Enterprise Corporate Cup at the Honda Classic. The TPC Heron Bay course was in beautiful shape despite a lack of rain.

At the end of the day, only 3 teams would receive trophies. As the scorecards came in, it was discovered that there was a 3 way tie for 2nd place. The Corporate Cup committee then went to a tie breaker on the scorecards which took six holes to determine 2nd and 3rd places.
