Steve Carlton, John Havlicek Lead Roster for Newsweek Hall of Fame Challenge
NAPLES, Fla. [January 22, 2001] —; Hall of Famers from baseball, basketball, football and hockey hit the links with top SENIOR PGA TOUR professionals to play in the Newsweek Hall of Fame Challenge, part of The ACE Group Classic official two-day Pro-Am. The Pro-Am will be played at the Pelican Marsh Golf Club in Naples on Wednesday, February 7 and Thursday, February 8 (8 a.m. and 1 p.m. shotgun starts each day).
The Hall of Fame line-up for Wednesday and Thursday include the following sportsmen:
