Mission Statement

To improve the coordination and effectiveness of the health and human service delivery system in the Glades area of Palm Beach County. All of our services revolve around increasing access to food and health/human services for vulnerable Glades children & families as well as other nonprofit partners in the Glades. We accomplish this through communication, collaboration, and community involvement.
