Mission Statement

Special Spaces is a nonprofit organization that creates dream bedrooms for children with life challenging illnesses. Special Spaces evolved on the premise that children battling life-threatening illness and comprised immune systems need a place to heal, recover and find solitude. A bedroom is a personal place- a place that represents each individual's unique personality. It is a place to hold one's treasure, a place to dream, and a place to find peace.
