As the world's greatest golfers go to work week in and week out, the PGA TOUR Wives Association makes a significant impact on the communities in which they visit. Their objective: To provide support for needy children and their families through a variety of volunteer and fundraising activities conducted during PGA TOUR events. Whether it's working side-by-side with Habitat for Humanity building houses in New Orleans, Milwaukee, and Hilton Head, hosting a "Taste of the TOUR" fundraiser in Las Vegas, or drawing media attention to the Greater Boston Food Bank by sorting over 6,500 pounds of food for those in need, the Wives commitment to giving back leaves an impression long after the tournaments are over.
On March 3rd, the golf shoe is on the other foot as caddies get the day off and the TOUR pros do the heavy lifting on the course - carrying golf bags, raking bunkers and and tending the flags as the TOUR Wives compete in a friendly 9-hole shootout for charity hosted by the The Honda Classic. We invite you to participate at this very special event and help the PGA TOUR Wives Association give back to many deserving charities in South Florida and around the country.
