HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

You may place your order by emailing it to our corporate merchandise office at hudovich@unionmerchandising.com or by calling 561-703-0156.

WHAT IS THE LATEST DATE I CAN PLACE MY ORDER?

Our official deadline to order co-branded merchandise and to receive it by the event is January 29, 2016. We highly encourage you to place orders in advance.

ONCE I SEND YOU MY ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS? An Order Confirmation (OC) will produced and emailed to you. The OC will show all details of your order and requires your final signature.

Once you sign and return the OC, we will then send your order into production.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET MY MERCHANDISE?

The total time it takes from placing your order to receiving your final merchandise is between 4-6 weeks. Within 1-2 weeks of placing your order, you will receive proofs by email of your corporate logo on each co-branded item before it is produced. Your quick response in this process will help expedite your order production time and ensure that your in-hand date is met. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of your product AFTER you approve your logo. Please specify if you have a firm in-hand date or if you need a rush order.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Yes. The minimum quantity you must order for each item is noted in the item’s description; the minimum is usually 12 pieces per style and color for apparel and headwear. Accessory items vary.

HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

An invoice will be sent to you for payment shortly after your order has been placed. This may be paid by check or by credit card.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE IF I AM ORDERING CO-BRANDED MERCHANDISE?

We will need an embroidery (DST) or vector (EPS) file of your corporate logo upon ordering. Please be specific with your company logo instructions.
